Biography
Hello. My educational background is in mental health with a Master's degree in Counseling, and independently licensed in the state of Arizona, MC, LPC. My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology from Boston University and Master's degree is from University of Phoenix (CACREP accredited), 1995. I recently completed a second Master's degree in Instructional Technology (2021) at GCU. My work history includes grief counseling, family counseling, anger management/domestic violence for men on court order, as well as many years working in a county-funded HMO for people with mental illness. I have been teaching online for 17 years, the past 15 with GCU. I currently teach Professional Ethics and Human Sexuality & Aging.
